Bunch of numbers, but I recognized my strength will take time. 20lbs for practicing overhead lunges and snatches. I rather go lighter than heavier if my technique is good. Still can clean 95lbs with a 45lbs bar. Deadlift is at 145lbs with a lighter belt. Following my programming from Always Train and Josh Bridges. Gonna keep going light on exercise until my heart rate can manage it. Been a different way to see the world and life. I’m glad I got what feels like a second chance at life. Mental preparedness and toughness has gotten me this far it can push me further.
