Born and Raised in Rochester, NY. Mariel always loved to play sports from soccer, swimming, to field hockey. She maintains her competitive nature in CrossFit. Nothing like leaving it all on the floor and being the best athlete I can be. Currently following her passions in many avenues creatively, mentally, and always making sure her emotional well-being is a key to her success. There are no modalities or weaknesses just strengths. Practice makes perfect, and I am ready to take on that challenge.

New Beginnings
Starting fresh and new, going to blog my feelings and my mental well-being which I have focused a lot of time these last couple months on. Took a mental hiatus and now I’m back better than ever. I am gender nonconforming this is my identity. I never really knew that that is who I was. But, now I understand myself more clearly now and am ready to share that to the world.
